What's a country to do when he can't articulate his hatred because people won't look at him long enough? Leave some passhole-aggresshole notes, that what!

Basically at the meetings, insulting passive aggressive notes start showing up and no one can figure out who is doing it. Because Canada is invisible like that.

Bonus: Other countries that aren't good at articulating things (i.e. Sweden, Latvia) start leaving them too.

It was the beginning of another meeting; America stood at the head of the table with a box that had a slot cut in the top.

"Alright," He called once the chattering had subsided (or more accurately after Germany had shouted for order, banging his shoe on the tabletop) "Since my new boss said that he wants our government to be more transparent, I thought I'd give it a try with you guys." He picked up the box and shook it. "This is a comment box." He declared, pointing to the childish (Was that crayon?) writing on the front declaring the container as a 'comint box.' There were several other attempts at writing the word above the final name. Several nations were surprised not to see a couple backward letters.

"Yes we can see that," Austria said slowly, glancing at Hungary who laughed softly.

"Well, I'm glad you can." America smiled, "Anyway, you guys can write comments and we'll read them at the next meeting."

"This is a good idea, America, I support it." Japan said from his side of the table.

"Damn it, Japan," Switzerland shouted from his new seat next to France (everyone had agreed that he should move for the sake of Japan's safety) "I'm gonna come over there!" Before any kind of fight could ensue, Russia raised his hand.

"I have question," He said shyly.

"Yes, Russia, what is it?" America said, pretending not to see the struggle brewing as France and Germany tried to keep Switzerland from running across the table.

"How is your box promoting the glasnost that your boss is wishing to have?"

"That is a very good question." America grinned, "You don't have to put your name on your note, so that's how we get all open and stuff."

England set his tea down and spoke up, "If they're all anonymous, how does that encourage being open?"

America laughed brightly, "England, you're just too old to understand." Then France said something to the effect of how both America and England just wanted to write love notes to each other, and the usual brawl started up. Meanwhile, Canada, who had been trying to say something for twenty minutes, slipped a note into the 'comint box.'

At the next meeting, America came up to the front of the table with the 'comint box' in his hands. Everyone was quickly silent; no matter what they might have said, every nation was curious as to how this would go.

"Alright, let's see what we got here." America declared, reaching in and removing two slips of paper, "Okay, not exactly the turn out I was hoping for, but, heh, pretty good for the first time around." He opened one of the notes: "Thanks for talking over me all the time everyone; I hope it makes you all feel better about your tiny landmasses." A small murmured rippled through the room. "Russia, was that you?"

"Are you believing my English is good to say that?" Russia asked with a hopeful smile.

Before America could answer, England cut in, "I didn't know you were going to go on a witch hunt and find out who wrote these. You said it was anonymous." The muttering in the room started to get louder.

"Alright, alright," America declared, raising his hands, "Never mind, we'll just move on to the next one:
"Dear Germany,

Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
Pasta is tasty,
And I want to fuck you.

Lotsa Love,
Italy."

There was a happy 'Ve~' from Italy as he threw his arms around Germany and nuzzled him until Germany's face was red as the stripe on his flag.

"Italy, y'know, you're not supposed to put your name on these," America muttered, not quite sure what to do with the note in his hands, so he folded it and handed it to Germany, who accepted it with a subdued glare.

"But then how would he know?" Italy chimed, moving to sit in Germany's lap and resting his head on Germany's chest.

"Uh, okay then," America muttered, clearly disappointed in how this whole comment box thing was working out, "So, let's continue with what we left off with last time..."

Hehe, GerIta love. Totally snerking at the tiny land masses. Can't wait to see what else little passive agressive matthew has to say.
